Itinerary

Tarangire is a poetic landscape of ancient baobabs, dust, and immense elephant herds, often described as a tranquil, hidden gem of Tanzania. It is defined by the Tarangire River's magnetic pull on wildlife, where lions rest in trees and vast herds gather in the dry season

And from Elewana-Tarangire tree top our tree house’s balcony, we look out at Tarangire’s wonderfully varied landscapes of rocky outcrops, rolling hills, and golden savannah generously strewn with acacias and baobabs, home to just about the entire cast of wild African characters— and some rare stars, like kudu and oryx — in addition to 2,500 or so elephants. We’ll spend a day in the bush discovering the big game and spying dozens of species of birds cavorting in the trees of Tarangire, and, if we’re still keen to see more all-star creatures, we can go out on a Tarangire night game drive, a Tarangire walking safari, Tarangire balloon safari, which is always a revelation.

Several notable figures visited  Tarangire, including Usher Raymond These figures highlight the profound impact of the park's wildlife and landscapes.

-"Amazing, so happy to experience this beauty with my family,"
     - Usher Raymond

~He said regarding his 2021 visit to Tanzania ~

We drive from  The Land of Giants to Lake Manyara – the lake that heart-stirringly erupted with thousands of flamingos in the film Out of Africa. Ernest Hemingway thought, and many of us think, – that Manyara is Africa’s loveliest lake. We’ll have splendid views of the lake during lunch at the refreshing Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, and perhaps have time to amble, maybe catching sight of some local predators and sprightly birds.

Lake Manyara is best known for its diverse array of birdlife and tree-climbing lions. Elephants, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, monkeys, flamingos, pelicans, cormorants and storks, to mention a few, are also visible in Manyara. Later drive back to Serena Hotel, Lake Manyara

And, if we’re still keen to see more all-star creatures, and landscapes we can go out on a Lake Manyara night game drive, lake manyara zipline  How about tree top walkaway.   Why not float on Lake Manyara canoeing or get a local experience cultural tour, hiking, and biking.   Is always a revelation

Manyara secrets. Is a beautiful home tonight, with a lakefront seat you'll enjoy breathtaking views over Lake Manyara, where elephants, monkeys, and tree-climbing lions roam close by. And occasionally hippo  singing just like an orchestra jazzy  band

Journeys as unique as you are
After stopping at Olduvai, the symbolic wellspring of our DNA, we descend to the Serengeti, the known universe’s largest
where migrating herds of wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, and buffaloes stampede across the vast Serengeti Plains, igniting the world and writing their names in gold, lighting up the skyline of Earth and creating a painted watercolor sunset.
There’s more than one kind of luxury. One is plated in gold and poured with ceremony. The other is poured at sunset, somewhere deep in the wild, with laughter in the air and dust on your boots.
Both have their place. But only one leaves you looking up, not down. Come and find your million stars.

These journeys feature exclusive tented camps at Anantya Serengeti offering rare peace for the weary mind. Luxury tents where the savanna passes by beneath the vast Tanzanian sky, a perfect place for sundowners with private bush dining and breathtaking wildlife encounters, where the rhythm of the wild meets refined elegance, as highlighted on.

There’s a rhythm in the Serengeti that’s hard to evade. It’s a gentle pulse that brings everything together in perfect harmony. It frames the stillness of the early morning calm, bringing purpose to every flit of a bird or every step in the graceful, louder rumbling of an elephant. It is punctuated by the laugh of a baboon. As the sun beats down in the afternoon fervour, late at night it embraces the slight chill in the air and gives way to the deep roar of a lion.

-As sundowners sparkle in the fading light. A private journey, a truly exquisite sight, a luxurious safari, a pure delight.
-Theresa ~ A letter to her mother

If we’re still keen to see more all-star creatures, we can go out on a Serengeti walking safari through the elephant trails, or a Serengeti balloon safari  float on the endless sea grass with endless wildlife encounters, and it is always a revelation

The Ngorongoro Crater is an ancient, breathtaking volcanic caldera in Tanzania, often described as a "Garden of Eden" or a "natural paradise" where wildlife thrives in a self-contained, stunning ecosystem. It is the world’s largest unbroken caldera, featuring a mix of wetlands, acacia forests, and soda lakes.

Experience today the world’s largest intact caldera—a 100-square-mile, 2,000-foot-deep bowl— all that remains of a mountain that, before a stupendous explosion a couple of million years ago, rivaled Kilimanjaro in grandeur.

Now peacefully at rest, Ngorongoro abounds with life and beauty. (It was unknown to the outside world until 1892, which helps explain its wealth of wildlife, ranging from a burgeoning lion population to fine strands of flamingos).

The golden mornings, the silent, slow movement of elephants, Blue wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, and buffalo flamingos painting the soda lakes, and the deep, enduring, and untamed spirit of Africa's “Eighth Wonder”.

A circle of green, pressed by a divine hand, a sunken paradise in the Tanzanian land. Where the lion wakes in the golden light, and the crater walls keep the wild in sight. The flamingo dances on the soda lake, a silent promise that the sun won't break. Here, life is breath, and time stands still within the rim of the sacred hill. staying at  Ngorongoro O'ldean lodge

A mere few miles from one of the world’s edgiest of edges — Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera anywhere and yet another of Africa’s natural wonder-makers — gorgeous O’ldeani Lodge sits on a magnificent perch. Commanding 360-degree views and set amidst 40 acres of lush gardens to a soundtrack of more than 130 bird species,

Today we gear up to Manyara airstri  and Connect with your flights home and sweetly dream, perhaps, about your next AGAMA safari
