The Kabalo Family

Our story begins with an impulsive idea.

Kabalo Buyombo a native Tanzania was one of Tanzania's most highly-regarded permaculture farmers an Ecologist and Veterinary Doctor. His wife Vaileth Kauruzi was a veterinary doctor and great passion about children, They lived on their home land (Eco farm) Gekumu Lambo Karatu , the last village and a Jumping stone to the famous Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti ,While in their farm keeping animals ,beehives and hosting vulnerable birds and animals where they raised their Four kids.

Part of the land they built an orphanage called JERICHO ORPHANAGE to host 100 Vulnerable children which was a very successfully non profit project under Their registered NGO Agama charity.

Kabalo Mathias Buyombo is one of Tanzania’s ’s most respected businessmen. The family's Ideal Farm, close by most Tanzania National Park, was for many years a model East African permaculture Farming (and the home of a cadre of prize-winning in sustainability —including serving beautiful vulnerable wildlife birds, the Empress of Ideal Family Farm, who occupies regal stature in family lore).

In 2011 as a Tanzanian Family decided to start a little safari company AGAMA TOURS AND SAFARIS, now a big company, remains a family affair, committed to making its AGAMA affiliate employees in Tanzania, and its guests from all over the world, feel like family.

While Agama Tours and Safaris aims is to offer the luxury highest class service and unforgettable authentic experience in wildlife safaris and Kilimanjaro climbing . Locations include: Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Lake Natron, Ngorongoro Crater, Ruaha and Mikumi.

The vision is to share 30 % profit to agama charity, their non profit organization that's supporting supporting so many community projects in Tanzania

Executive Director KABALO BUYOMBO an Ecologist and Veterinary Doctor heads up AGAMA TOURS AND SAFARIS multi-continental sales efforts. A graduate of , the University of Cape Town (UCT), began his sales career with Flamingo Lodge. Kabalo is deeply involved with children Pediatric Therapy Network and Sandpiper Speech Therapy, an influential of Tanzania children philanthropy since he was young, and he is a major force behind Agama charity just one example of his embrace of Africa's and the Kabalo family’s tradition of supporting those in need.

MALAIKA KABALO the AGAMA TOURS Managing Director after graduating from St. Mary's School in Nairobi, she headed Tanzania home land and then all over the world as a vice president of Agama charity. And influential member of Tanzania of supporting Tanzania vulnerable children and a hand help of one to one project supporting maasai village solar system.

and he’s still happily ensconced in the charitable community. Skillfully honing the AGAMA TOURS philosophy of luxury, exploration, cultural interaction, and responsibility, She is also co-founded Agama Charity

QUEEN KABALO, our Executive Director in Leisure and Hospitality, an alumna of Taft School and Brown University, oversees our AGAMA TOURS brand Ambassador .
